Citrix Named Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality by Human Rights Campaign Foundation

Citrix Earns Perfect Score with 100 Percent Rating for Corporate Diversity Initiatives

Citrix was named one of the best places to work for LGBT Equality by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, the educational arm of the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) Americans. Citrix received a perfect 100 percent rating on the fifteenth edition of Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for its consistently strong commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The CEI is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices pertinent to LGBT employees. In compiling the 2017 report, more than 1,000 businesses were evaluated on their inclusive policies and practices including:

  • Non-discrimination workplace protections
  • Domestic partner benefits
  • Transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits
  • Competency programs
  • Public engagement with the LGBT community

Citrix satisfied all of the criteria, earning the recognition as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.

We are proud of this distinction because our people make Citrix special. We build on that by harnessing the power of human difference and living our values of integrity, respect, curiosity, courage and unity. This injects life and passion into our inclusive culture, fueling the innovation necessary to enable the extraordinary. It’s a great honor to receive this award, and is further testament to our commitment to diversity and delivering excellence in all that we do.
