Santa Clara, CA. – Dec. 20, 2017 – Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS) today announced that Peter Lefkowitz has been named chief privacy and digital risk officer at Citrix. This role will go above and beyond the traditional chief privacy officer role to incorporate data strategy and security across products and cloud solutions. Adding Peter to the Citrix team advances our ability to innovate while securely delivering apps and data in today’s hybrid-, multi-cloud world,” said Tony Gomes, senior vice president and general counsel.

Peter is the incoming chairman of the board of The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the world’s largest global information privacy association.
